John A. Ferguson first met Gary and Leesa Price in 2016 at an event where he was invited to speak on real estate. Having already read Viktor Frankl's Man’s Search for Meaning, he was deeply moved by the Prices' mission to build the Statue of Responsibility, a monument dedicated to the value of personal accountability—something he believes is crucial in today’s world. Inspired by their vision, Ferguson immediately pledged to become one of their greatest advocates.


Since then, he has been a steadfast supporter of the Statue of Responsibility, lending his sales and fundraising expertise to help make the monument a reality. His personal connection to Frankl’s teachings on responsibility drives his desire to spread this message in an era when such values are too often overlooked. For Ferguson, the Statue of Responsibility is more than a monument—it is a powerful symbol of the collective effort required to foster a more compassionate and responsible world.


A seasoned real estate investor, sales strategist, and mentor, Ferguson has over two decades of experience in revolutionizing high-ticket sales and network marketing. He is known for developing sales systems that eliminate objections and make closing deals more efficient and effective. His methods have helped companies, influencers, and network marketers generate millions in revenue and scale their businesses.


In 2002, Ferguson transitioned from his full-time job to pursue real estate entrepreneurship. In 2009, he created a successful sales training system that helped his first client close $2.2 million in sales in just eight months. Since then, he has implemented his strategies in various industries, helping businesses optimize their sales processes without burning out. His approach focuses on maximizing results while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
